By creating an account or using Nextep Ventures you agree to these terms. If you use Nextep for a business, you confirm you're authorized to act for it.

Our role

Nextep is a marketplace that verifies sellers and listings and connects buyers and sellers. Unless stated otherwise, the sale contract is between buyer and seller, who agree payment and handover between themselves.

Accounts

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password secret; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms or act fraudulently.

Listings and auctions

• Sellers must own or be authorized to sell what they list and describe it honestly.
• Bids are binding offers; the highest valid bid wins the product.
• Listing packages, auction entry fees and adviser fees are shown before payment.

Prohibited use

• Illegal, stolen or misrepresented items.
• Contacting users to avoid the platform's rules or for spam.
• Interfering with the website's security or operation.

Liability

We work hard to verify sellers and listings, but we can't guarantee every detail of every asset. Inspect before you buy. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us.
