How we verify sellers and listings
Trust is the core of Nextep. Here's what we check before anything appears in the marketplace.
Seller verification
- Business identity: registration, PAN and GSTIN where applicable.
- Authorized representative details.
- Supporting documents reviewed by our team before approval.
Listing review
- Every product is reviewed before it's published.
- We check the description, specifications, condition and price for accuracy.
- Where needed, we inspect the asset or ask for authorization documents.
- Listings that don't meet our standards are sent back with clear notes, or rejected.
Adviser verification
Advisers submit identity, education, professional certification and experience documents. Each document is checked individually before an adviser is approved.
